Thank you for shopping with us. Because our products are digital files delivered instantly via internet download, they cannot be physically returned or exchanged. By purchasing from our store, you agree to the terms of this policy.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the immediate access and digital nature of our digital downloads, printables, and resources, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

  • "Change of mind" or purchasing the wrong item by mistake.

  • Technical inability to use the file due to lack of required software (e.g., trying to open an editable file without the proper application installed).

  • Dissatisfaction with the creative style, colors, or layout after downloading.

We strongly encourage you to carefully read the product description, check file formats, and review preview images before finalizing your purchase.

2. Exception: Download and Delivery Failures

We understand that technology can occasionally experience errors. We will gladly honor a refund or replacement only under the following specific condition:

  • A technical glitch on our platform or server prevents the download from initiating, and as a direct result, you do not receive access to your files in a timely manner.

How to Request a Technical Refund or Replacement

If you experience a system failure or download blockage, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please send an email to support@gospelkids.co with the subject line "Digital Download Assistance" and include:

  1. Your full name and order number.

  2. The exact email address used at checkout.

  3. A brief description of the issue (and a screenshot of any error messages, if possible).

Once we receive your request, we will first attempt to manually deliver the files directly to your inbox to ensure you get your resources. If we verify that a system glitch blocked your access and we cannot successfully deliver the files to you in time for your project or instructional needs, a full refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
